| Abstract |
We obtain a new less labor-intensive system to determine the number Sturm real roots of a polynomial. These results are much easier to determine the number of real roots of a polynomial by a sharp reduction of sign changes in the coefficients of the new system Sturm while these factors have a simple function of the coefficients of the initial polynomial. |
