| Abstract |
In this paper we consider some class of not strongly regular boundary value problems for fourth order differential operators. We obtain the asymptotic formulas for eigenvalues and eigenfunction of these boundary value problems. Then using these asymptotic formulas, we prove that system of eigenfunctions does not form basis in L_2(0,1).
