Abstract This article examines the effectiveness of the implementation of school education in the educational process in Kazakhstan. The experience of introduction profile training in such countries as the U.S., Japan, Germany, China, Turkey, Russia , etc was considered. The analysis showed that the study of the state of education in the UK , France, Germany , South Korea and Japan allows то state thаt competition of countries in the economic field leads to the struggle for supremacy in the field of science and technology, hence, to competition in the training of highly qualified technicians, which competent in the field of solutions of systemic practical problems . Introduction of specialized training is an integral part of continuing education . Designed to implement of the learner - centered educational process, it contributes to the empowerment of the individual. Specialized training is a time requirement.

Abstract In modern ever changing world, a large number of people face with life problems, most of which are associated with the analysis of the influence of random factors and require decisions in situations with a probabilistic basis. The article presents examples of problems of applied nature, which allowed the analysis of the decision to come to the following conclusions: 1. Problems of this nature are presented in the elective course "Combinatorics. Probability and Statistics" develop probabilistic - statistical thinking of students, contribute the formation of the modern worldview, the destruction of rigid ideas about the connections between events and phenomena, help to make decisions in situations with a probabilistic framework and variable character. 2. Separation and accounting features of methodical teaching an elective course can more fully solves the problems associated with the improvement of the overall direction of applied mathematics education, multilevel design content based on differentiation in the interests, needs and opportunities for students to develop the elements of probability theory.
